All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier delays.

Local Pickup / Delivery
At this time, we do not offer local pickup or delivery unless specified for special events.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Happy Creations in a Box is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@happycreationsinabox.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
